1. Introduction

Welcome to Lukvitax. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which form a legal agreement between Lukvitax (Lukvitax Limited)(“we”, “us”, or “our”) and you, the client.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Lukvitax provides professional tax services, including:

 

  • Tax refund claims

  • Tax return preparation and submission (including for self-employed clients)

  • Tax advice and guidance

 

 

All services are provided in accordance with UK tax regulations and HMRC requirements.

3. Fees and Payments

  • A £50 upfront payment is required before any work begins on either your tax refund claim or your tax return.

  • Work will not start until payment has been received and confirmed.

  • For tax refunds, a 35% success fee applies only if your claim is successful.

  • If the £50 upfront payment has already been made, it will be deducted from the 35% success fee.

  • For tax returns, payment in full must be received prior to preparation and submission of your return to HMRC.

  • If HMRC does not issue a refund, no success fee will be charged beyond the £50 upfront payment.

  • All prices are quoted in GBP (£).

4. Client Responsibilities

 

 

To ensure accurate results, you agree to:

 

  • Provide full and accurate personal, employment, and financial details.

  • Respond promptly to any requests for information or documentation.

  • Notify us immediately of any changes to your contact or tax details.

 

 

We cannot be held responsible for delays or errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

 

 

 

 

5. Authorisation to Act

 

 

Before any tax claim or submission can be made, you must sign the HMRC authorisation form (64-8).

This authorisation allows Lukvitax to communicate with HMRC and act as your official agent in relation to your tax affairs.

 

 

 

 

6. Data Protection and Confidentiality

 

 

Your privacy and data security are a top priority.

All client information is processed in line with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and HMRC compliance standards.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

 

 

The £150 upfront payment is non-refundable once work has begun, as it covers administrative time, preparation, and compliance checks.

In cases of verified administrative error or duplicate payment, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

 

 

 

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

 

While we take every care to ensure accuracy, Lukvitax cannot be held liable for:

 

  • Delays or decisions made by HMRC

  • Penalties arising from false or incomplete client information

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and design, is the property of Lukvitax.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.
